Did you know that the cheapest and easiest way to get that green chlorine out of your hair is with Tomato Paste. All you need to do is coat the green sections of your hair all over with tomato paste straight out of the can. If you put on a shower cap after you put the tomato paste on your hair it will pull the green out faster and will block the smell a bit.
